General enrollment questions

Do I have to pay straight away?

No, but you’ll need to pay the required minimum amount of Php 3,000.00 for your tuition fee to finalize your enrollment.

How do I enroll?

The university has developed and designed a new enrollment system known as the University of Nueva Caceres Online Enrollment System (UNC-OES). This system allows students to enroll without the necessity of physically going to the university campus. Just visit the UNC website at https://www.unc.edu.ph, click Enroll Now and follow the instructions.

How do I pay my fees?

UNC accepts payment through our UNC Treasurer’s Office, GCash, and Bank payments (Metrobank/ Chinabank/ BDO/ BPI). You can visit the page https://www.unc.edu.ph/online-enrollment-procedure/ for a detailed enrollment and payment procedure.

What's the deadline to enroll?

For summer 2020, enrollment will be open from May 18-31, 2020. For the first semester of AY 2020-2021, you can start processing your enrollment from June 8 until August 15, 2020.

Adding courses

How do I add and/or drop courses?

Adding and Dropping of courses will only be available/allowed to students who are already officially enrolled. You can visit the link https://www.unc.edu.ph/online-enrollment-procedure/ for the detailed procedure on adding/dropping of courses.

What's the deadline for adding and dropping courses?

You have until June 6, 2020 (for summer 2020) and August 22, 2020 (for 1st sem, AY 2020-2021) to add/drop courses.

There are many courses offered– I can't choose! Do you offer support?

Certainly, yes! If you need help designing your study plan, contact your faculty supervisor, or someone from the graduate school office. They are very much willing to help you choose courses to help you get the most out of your time at UNC graduate school.
